How much does a membership cost?

$30 per month - That’s only $1 per day!

Can I join or cancel at any time?

Of course! By clicking “manage account” in the footer of the website, you can join, cancel, or re-join at any time! Your membership will renew on the same day of every month. If you join on the 15th, then your membership will always renew on the 15th.

What do I do if i join in the middle of a 4-6 week program?

When you login to the members-only area, you will see several workouts. Each workout has a date next to it. I recommend picking up on the workout for whatever the current date is, so you remain on track with the rest of the group as we will have post workout posts on the community page corresponding with that day’s workout. IF you decide to start on day 1 of the current program, that is okay too. It will remain on the website for an additional 4-6 weeks in case you decide to do this.

Monday: Upper Body Strength

Tuesday: Pilates

Wednesday: Lower Body Strength

Thursday: Pilates

Friday: Full Body Strength

Saturday: Self-Directed Cardio & Recovery

What equipment is recommended for my membership?

Dumbbells, resistance bands, smooth foam roller & ankle weights

How do I access the workouts after signing up?

Workouts will be listed in our members-only area. Once you sign up and make an account, you will have access to this. You must be signed up and signed into your account to access the members-only content.
