When Annie first released these workouts, I knew they’d be a lifesaver. Amazing workouts that can be completed in roughly 30 minutes, and even an amazing community of others to encourage you throughout the program! As somebody who usually just weight lifts, I have felt challenged in most of these workouts. I have increased my muscular endurance by completing exercises for time, and have improved my muscle mind connection by training in positions/ways that my body is not used to. While I have noticed some physical changes, the emotional and mental journey has been my favorite!”

Annie’s education regarding strength training, pelvic health, pilates, and occupational therapy allows for a unique and holistic perspective regarding women’s health and fitness. Some of my personal favorite parts of this program are the guided warm-up and stretching videos that are available for each member. Implementing these stretches into my routine has been a game changer. I also love, love, love, LOVE that pilates is incorporated into each week of workouts. Pilates is something I have always been interested in and it keeps each week feeling new and exciting!
